Ginger Tea to the Rescue
I have become a large fan of David Wolfe on facebook, I bet many of you are as well. Maybe you also get his newsletter. This is a recipe I found on one of his sharings. He is huge into self- healing and using nature to cure things rather than prescription drugs and other modern and accepted practices. He has some wonderful ideas to ensure a healthy lifestyle with things that I quite enjoy making right in the kitchen. They are usually very simple and easy to do.
In addition to having a wonderful taste, Ginger is an anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitic, anti-viral, anti-bacterial. Not to shabby for not needing a prescription, eh? Also a great remedy for colds and sinus problems, stomachaches, indigestion and nausea.
